May 11, 2010 (LPAC)—Lyndon LaRouche today fiercely denounced the Obama White House and Treasury Department, for simultaneously conducting a vicious campaign to kill the Glass Steagall amendment, introduced by Senators Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.), while pushing through a “Super-TARP” bailout of Europe, at American taxpayers expense. “If the Super-TARP bailout is allowed to go forward,” LaRouche warned, “there will be blood in the streets. The American people are not about to tolerate another mega-trillion dollar bailout of a hopelessly bankrupt international monetary system—particularly when the U.S. Federal Reserve is put forward as the bailout lender of last resort for a bunch of European-based foreign banks. This is 1923 Weimar hyperinflation on the global scale.”

In the past 24 hours, sources close to the Obama White House and the Democratic leadership in the U.S. Senate have confirmed that President Obama, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and White House economic advisor Larry Summers are waging an all-out campaign to kill the Cantwell-McCain amendment, that would reinstate the Glass Steagall standards, first established by President Franklin Roosevelt in 1933. According to these sources, following Saturday’s defeat of incumbent Senator Robert Bennett (R-Ut.) in the Republican caucus, over his support for the 2008 TARP Wall Street bailout, Republican support for the Glass Steagall amendment jumped, assuring that the amendment, if introduced onto the Dodd financial reform bill, would overwhelmingly pass. In response, the White House worked through the weekend and into Monday night, with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd (D-Ct.), and Senators Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and Jeff Merkley (D-Or.), to draft and boost an alternative bill, based on former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker’s so-called “Volcker Rules.” The Volcker Rules would place some restrictions on speculative activity by banks and bank holding companies, but would do nothing to reestablish the Glass Steagall firewall, separating commercial banks from investment banks, hedge funds, insurance companies and private equity funds. As Lyndon LaRouche made clear on Saturday, May 8, in his international webcast, nothing short of a full restoration of Glass Steagall and a bankruptcy reorganization of the otherwise hopelessly bankrupt global financial system, can work.

The sources all confirmed that the intent of the Levin-Merkley amendment, as worked out with the Obama White House, was to kill the Glass Steagall effort.

In response to these reports, Lyndon LaRouche described the Volcker Rules as “less than worthless.”

Paul Volcker has apparently lost his guts to defend the U.S.A. He prefers to be acceptable to this crazy Administration.” LaRouche continued, “It is now time to be patriotic, to forget about things like popularity and legacy. Obviously, Volcker lacks my guts. He does not lack the brains to understand the consequences of his capitulation to pressure from the Obama White House. This is a sell-out of the United States, and he knows it. And the same is true of Senator Levin, who also knows better than to be putting his ambitions ahead of the American people.”

LaRouche had even stronger words for President Obama, who he accused of “refusing to defend the United States, which, as President, is tantamount to treason.” He warned that anyone who does not back the Glass Steagall amendment, which has the overwhelming backing of the American people, will be vilified by 80 percent of all Americans. “By moving explicitly to block the introduction of the Cantwell-McCain amendment,” LaRouche warned, “the White House is going for dictatorship.”

According to senior U.S. intelligence and Democratic Party sources, beginning with last Thursday’s 1,000 point temporary crash of Wall Street, triggered by the looming collapse of the European Monetary Union sovereign debt bubble, Geithner and Summers, with the active backing of President Obama, played a pivotal role in ramming through a $1 trillion-plus bailout of the major European banks, a bailout that will do nothing to solve the onrushing global financial disintegration, but will subject the populations of continental Western Europe and the United States to murderous Schachtian austerity, leading to an inevitable social explosion throughout the Trans-Atlantic world. According to official White House accounts, President Obama phoned German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Nicolas Sarcozy on Sunday morning, to press them to go along with a Super-TARP bailout scheme. While the public announcements of the deal focused on the role of the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund, sources confirmed that the key to the whole deal was the commitment of the U.S. Federal Reserve to pump an unlimited supply of U.S. Dollars into the bailout. Indeed, at 9:15 PM EDT on Sunday, May 9, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board issued a terse two paragraph press release, announcing that the swap window, that had been used in the 2007-2008 international financial meltdown, would be extended, once again, to the ECB, the Bank of England and the Swiss National Bank, through January 2011.

The decision to go for another hyperinflationary bailout of the entire international financial system, LaRouche warned, is going to trigger the kind of Hell on Earth that the British Monarchy has been advertising as its policy for years. “They want to reduce the world population to below two billion people, and this Fed bailout policy, pushed through by President Obama, is going to do exactly that, if not reversed immediately. Someone wants chaos throughout the Trans-Atlantic region.”

3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year,

4.) That the money the participants put into the independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and,

(CNSNews.com) – Chai Feldblum, the Georgetown University law professor nominated by President Obama to serve on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, has written that society should “not tolerate” any “private beliefs,” including religious beliefs, that may negatively affect homosexual “equality.”
 
Feldblum, whose nomination was advanced in a closed session of the Senate Health Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee on December 12, published an article entitled “Moral Conflict and Liberty: Gay Rights and Religion” in the Brooklyn Law Review in 2006.
 
“Just as we do not tolerate private racial beliefs that adversely affect African-Americans in the commercial arena, even if such beliefs are based on religious views, we should similarly not tolerate private beliefs about sexual orientation and gender identity that adversely affect LGBT [lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender] people,” the Georgetown law professor argued.
 
Feldblum’s admittedly “radical” view is based on what she sees as a “zero-sum game” between religious freedom and the homosexual agenda, where “a gain for one side necessarily entails a corresponding loss for the other side.”
 
“For those who believe that a homosexual or bisexual orientation is not morally neutral, and that an individual who acts on his or her homosexual orientation is acting in a sinful or harmful manner (to himself or herself and to others), it is problematic when the government passes a law that gives such individuals equal access to all societal institutions,” Feldblum wrote.
 
“Conversely, for those who believe that any sexual orientation, including a homosexual or bisexual orientation, is morally neutral, and that an individual who acts on his or her homosexual or bisexual orientation acts in an honest and good manner, it is problematic when the government fails to pass laws providing equality to such individuals.”
 
Feldblum argues that in order for “gay rights” to triumph in this “zero-sum game,” the constitutional rights of all Americans should be placed on a “spectrum” so they can be balanced against legitimate government duties.
 
All beliefs should be equal, regardless of their source, Feldblum says. “A belief derived from a religious faith should be accorded no more weight—and no less weight—than a belief derived from a non-religious source.” According to Feldman, the source of a person’s belief – be it God, spiritual energy, or the five senses – “has no relevance.”

‘Identity liberty’ versus ‘belief liberty’

Feldblum does recognize that elements of the homosexual agenda may infringe on Americans’ religious liberties. However, Feldblum argues that society should “come down on the side” of homosexual equality at the expense of religious liberty. Because the conflict between the two is “irreconcilable,” religious liberty — which she also calls “belief liberty” — must be placed second to the “identity liberty” of homosexuals.
 
“And, in making the decision in this zero sum game, I am convinced society should come down on the side of protecting the liberty of LGBT people,” she wrote.

“Protecting one group’s identity liberty may, at times, require that we burden others’ belief liberty. This is an inherent and irreconcilable reality of our complex society,” Feldblum wrote.
 
“But in dealing with this conflict, I believe it is essential that we not privilege moral beliefs that are religiously based over other sincerely held core, moral beliefs. Laws passed pursuant to public policies may burden the belief liberty of those who adhere to either religious or secular beliefs.”

The full Senate must now vote on Feldblum’s nomination, but a date for that vote has not yet been set.

December 1, 2009 has now become one of the most important dates in all of human history and stands in equality with 1492, when Western Europeans first discovered the Americas, 1517, when Martin Luther launched the Reformation, 1776, when the United States declared its independence, and other such historic moments which have seen the direction of our entire human race radically, and forever changed.

For on this historic date, what Rome had failed to do by conquest for nearly 1,000 years, what the great Frankish King Charlemagne nearly achieved in 800 A.D., and Adolph Hitler failed utterly to accomplish in the 1940’s, the people of Europe have now, and irrevocably, been joined together in a European Union that now makes them one of the most powerful Nations our World has ever known with a population of over 500 million and an economy producing over 30% of the World’s total gross domestic product.

And even though this most historic of dates has been virtually ignored by the American media, its government officials, and its peoples, the establishment of this European Union should strike fear into everyone of their hearts because what has been done to the once free peoples of Europe is soon to be done to the United States.

For you see that this European Union was not created “by the people” and “for the people” but has instead been foisted upon the once sovereign powers of 27 European Nations by an elite-corporate ruling class that has determined that individual freedom no longer has a place in this World of ours and have set themselves upon a course where the lives of these 500 million souls will be strictly regulated and controlled from birth until death.

Those few Americans aware of what has happened to the European peoples no doubt believe, like their ancestors prior to the two Great World Wars of last century, that the events occurring across the Atlantic will have no effect upon them…they couldn’t be more mistaken! And what these Americans are failing to see is that the beliefs, and actions, of the socialist elite classes who have now taken control of Europe have now set their sights upon the United States, and where one of their foremost allies is the American President, and an avowed proponent for the redistribution of wealth, Barack Obama, himself.

Those Americans wishing to fully understand what is happening to the European peoples, and very soon to themselves, need only understand one word…Socialism.

Now this word socialism refers to various theories of economic organization advocating public or direct worker ownership and administration of the means of production and allocation of resources, and a society characterized by equal access to resources for all individuals with a method of compensation based on the amount of labor expended.

Most socialists share the view that capitalism unfairly concentrates power and wealth among a small segment of society that controls capital and derives its wealth through exploitation, creates an unequal society, does not provide equal opportunities for everyone to maximize their potentialities and does not utilize technology and resources to their maximum potential nor in the interests of the public.

The German philosopher Friedrich Engels, one of the founders of modern socialist theory, and Claude Henri de Saint-Simon, a French Utopian Socialism theorist, advocated the creation of a society that allows for the widespread application of modern technology to rationalize economic activity by eliminating the anarchy in production of capitalism. This would allow for wealth and power to be distributed based on the amount of work expended in production.

And to socialisms all encompassing stranglehold it takes upon a Nation, the Americans need look no further than their governments takeover of once private corporations and the spending of trillions of dollars belonging to taxpayers to line the pockets of the new socialist elite classes that include bankers, war profiteers, news media stars and favored politicians.

Even worse, new socialist laws currently being enacted against the American people include their government taking control of every single drop of water from their citizens (See our May 8, 2009 report Chilling New Law Gives US Government Ownership Of All Water In Nation) and already enacted laws by the US Congress that makes every single American citizen a federal criminal without their even knowing it because it is now a US Federal Crime for these people to violate any fish or wildlife law or regulation of any Nation on Earth.

Without a doubt, the preverbal deck has been stacked against the American people by those very politicians and elite corporate rulers they have long believed worked on behalf of them. They couldn’t be more mistaken!  And if these people don’t start waking up, and fast, before they know it they will be left destitute and enslaved in the very land their forefathers fought and died to protect for them.

And to how late the hour for their awakening really is, we need only look at the prediction of Professor Igor Panarin of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who has warned that the breakup of the United States is already occurring with the major portion of its Eastern and Northeastern States slated to be taken over by the new European Union. 

Professor Panarin’s dire prediction of the imminent breakup of the United States, though roundly ignored by the vast majority of Americans, is firmly predicated on one of the most important decisions of the US Supreme Court called Texas vs White which settled the case of the legal right of the Confederate States to break their bond with Union and wherein this precedent setting decision Chief Justice Salmon Chase ruled that the only legal means available to break the Union was “through revolution or through consent of the States”, a dire ruling made more formidable with Texas Governor Rick Perry warning his State that President Obama is “hell bent” on turning the United States into a socialist Nation, a situation he has warned may lead him to succeed Texas from the United States.

Now in these tumultuous and chaotic times there is nothing more vital for anyone to have than information.  And not just any information, but information that puts into context the ‘tides of these times’ in their greatest historical context so as to enable one to be prepared for all that is going to happen. Can it be possible that high ranking office-holders and Democratic party officials already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States… that he is a fraud… a usurper?

According to J.B. Williams with CanadaFreePress.com, the answer is yes. In fact, Williams goes so far as to claim that “a conspiracy to mislead and ultimately defraud voters took place at the top of the Democrat Party.”

Williams provides documentation to back up his assertions and claims Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi “knew that she was signing a false statement on behalf of Obama.”

    Williams argues:

“A political national committee, the Chair of the Party convention, the Secretary of the Party, Party offices in each of fifty states, and maybe many many more, have knowingly and wantonly defrauded the American election system and more than 300 million American citizens…. They plotted and planned an act of evil, unlawful, treacherous fraud in a blind quest for unbridled political power….”

    Such a story, to put it mildly, is a bombshell. Williams, to be fair, makes a credible argument that officials in the highest level in our government may actually believe that Barack Obama is constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States.
